Bitter, citrusy, and bright.

Complex and both bright and bitter, akin to an Italian amaro – we like to say it tastes like summer on the rocks. Sweet on the intake, with a fresh kick of Japanese yuzu, and the invigorating notes of lemon balm, orange and rosemary extract, with a slightly bitter and savory finish.

Magic Formula

1 part Ghia, 3 parts bubbles of your choice. Try sparkling water, tonic, or even kombucha.
