A sparkling non-alcoholic white wine made from Marsanne, one of the original Rhône varietals initially cultivated in the Rhone Valley of France. This wine was made from fruit grown in sustainably farmed vineyards in Northern California.
Tasting Notes
The wine shimmers pale gold in the glass, with a fragrance of crisp pears, jasmine, citrus, and green apple. The palate dances with lemon meringue, apricot, yuzu, and wet stone. Dry, crisp, and fresh, the fine bubbles carry the layers of flavor through to the finish.
Winemaking
The wine was fermented in stainless steel for a crisp fresh mouthfeel. The alcohol was gently removed to preserve the beautiful aromas and flavors. Lively bubbles were added prior to bottling. At less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, the Blanc de Rhone has everything to love in a glass of wine without the alcohol.
