Bitter, citrusy, and bright.

Complex and both bright and bitter, akin to an Italian amaro – we like to say it tastes like summer on the rocks. Sweet on the intake, with a fresh kick of Japanese yuzu, and the invigorating notes of lemon balm, orange and rosemary extract, with a slightly bitter and savory finish.

Magic Formula

1 part Ghia, 3 parts bubbles of your choice. Try sparkling water, tonic, or even kombucha.

Water, White Grape Juice Concentrate, Yuzu Juice, Lemon Balm Extract, Elderflower Extract, Gentian Root Extract, Date Concentrate, Plum Concentrate, Acacia, Fruit and Vegetable Juice for Color, Rhubarb Root Extract, Potassium Sorbate (less than 0.1% to preserve freshness), Orange Extract, Ginger Extract, Rosemary Extract
